Rejuva Haven Medi Spa ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Cornelius360-Rejuva Haven, LLC, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The Short Version
This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, and no advertising trackers. We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (you can opt out below), and we do not sell or share personal information. The personal information we receive comes to us only when you choose to call, text, or email us, or when you book an appointment through our scheduling system.
Information You Choose to Share
When you call or text 737-444-5152, email steve@cornelius360-rh.com, or book an appointment, we receive the information you provide — typically your name, contact details, and anything you tell us about your skin, your goals, or your appointment. We use it only to respond to you, schedule and provide your services, and maintain your guest record. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Online Booking
Appointments are booked through our scheduling system, hosted by our scheduling provider (Fivease). Information you enter there — your name, contact details, and appointment selections — is collected and processed by that provider on our behalf, under its own privacy practices, and is used only to manage your appointments with us.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, and when a visitor taps Call, Text, or Book. This helps us understand which information is useful and improve the site. Google Analytics sets cookies that recognize your browser on return visits; the data we see is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Google processes this data under Google’s privacy policy, and you can also use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere.
Opting out here: choose “Decline” on the notice shown on your first visit, and analytics will be switched off in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
Our accessibility widget (UserWay) may store functional preferences — such as your chosen text size or contrast settings — in your browser so the site stays adjusted the way you set it. These preferences are not used to identify or profile you.
Health-Related Information
Details you share with us about your skin and health history — during a consultation, an appointment, or in messages — are used only to plan and provide your treatments safely. They are kept confidential and are never sold or used for advertising.
Telephone, Text (SMS) & Do-Not-Call
We do not make unsolicited telemarketing calls or send unsolicited marketing texts. When you call or text us, we use your number only to respond to you and to communicate about your appointments — for example, confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes. Message and data rates may apply to texts; reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us, and HELP for help. Your mobile number is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
To report unwanted calls or texts generally, visit the FTC’s unwanted-calls page or register with the National Do Not Call Registry at DoNotCall.gov. To be added to our own internal do-not-call list, email steve@cornelius360-rh.com with the subject “Do Not Call Request” and the phone number to suppress.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them online. Guests under 18 are treated only with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to third-party services — such as our booking system, Google (for reviews and directions), and Facebook. Those sites operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Embedded Video
Some pages include videos hosted on YouTube. Nothing loads from YouTube when a page opens — the preview image is served from our own site. Only if you press play does your browser connect to YouTube, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). From that point, playback is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Other videos are hosted directly on our own site. Those involve no third party at all: nothing is downloaded until you press play, and playback happens entirely between your browser and our site.
Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for business or legal reasons). Email steve@cornelius360-rh.com or call 737-444-5152 and we will take care of it.
Changes to This Policy
If our practices change — for example, if we ever add a contact form or advertising — we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
